販売価格について
販売価格は、表示された金額（表示価格/消費税込）と致します。
なお、別途配送料が掛かる場合もございます。配送料に関しては商品詳細ページをご確認ください。

商品ご注文時点でお支払いが確定・こちらの表記に同意とみなします。
キャンセル・ご返金には対応できません。
ご注文日から3日以内にお支払いを確認できない場合自動的にキャンセルとなります。
お支払い手数料は、お客様のご負担となり
ご返金の際は対象にはなりません。ご了承ください。
※在庫が無いなどお客様都合ではない場合のご返金は手数料をご返金しております。
返品についての特約事項
※ご購入いただいた時点で下記に同意とみなします。どうぞよろしくお願い致します※
★返品や交換は、お受けできません。
★お送りするお品は検品をて完了しております。
役務または商品の引き渡し時期
在庫があるお品は、お支払い確認後7日以内に発送いたします。
ご予約、お取り寄せ品とご注文をおまとめになった場合はすべて揃ってからの発送となります。
お急ぎの方は個別にご注文ください。
(発送方法は現在クロネコヤマト・レターパック・クリックポストが中心です)
個別注文をまとめて発送させて頂く場合があります。
ご不在の場合は不在通知が入ります。
保管期限が切れ返送となった場合、
再送は着払いとなりますのでご了承ください。
最初のご連絡より1ヶ月連絡がつかなかった場合
再送せずにキャンセルをご希望の場合はお客様都合のキャンセルとなり
1度目の送料とその際の発送手数料1000円、
返金振込手数料を差し引いた金額のご返金のみとなります。
（恐れ入りますがお客様都合の返金の為、お支払いに別途手数料が発生している場合そちらのご返金はいたしかねます）
差し引き後の金額がマイナスになる場合請求は行わずご返金無しの対応となります。
(ご返金希望はお客様からお申し出ください。)
故意の受け取り拒否とわかるものや1年経過した場合は恐れ入りますが返金にも対応出来かねます。

お問い合わせ番号の通知は手入力になるため
省略させて頂いております。
お問い合わせをいただけましたら2.3日中にお返事いたしますので、大変お手数をおかけいたしますがご理解とご協力をどうぞよろしくお願い致します。
ご注文後は内容変更のご連絡をいただいても
行き違いにより変更が不可能な場合があります。
その場合は元のご注文を発送とすることとします。
ご注文時オプションやサイズなどを選択される場合はお気をつけください。
発送から3ヶ月を過ぎますと、伝票番号が失効され追跡が出来なくなってしまいます。
発送通知をお受け取りになってから1週間たっても届かない場合は恐れ入りますがご連絡ください。
また、発送中の補償、詳細な追跡調査がクロネコヤマトでできるのは2週間までですのでお早目のご連絡をお願い致します。
2週間以内にご連絡を頂けずお問い合わせ番号が失効された場合や補償につきましてのご対応、ご返金致しかねますのでご了承の上お申し込みください。
住所不備が無いにも関わらず配達完了となっている不着に対しては、当店は責任を負いかねます。
【送料について】
発送方法はクロネコヤマトかネコポス、またはレターパックを使用します。
※ご購入者さまへの商品のお渡しは、
管理者が病気・自然災害等に遭い引き渡しが困難な場合
すべての契約は解消されご返金対応のみとなります。
（この場合、状況によりご返金までにお時間を頂く旨ご了承ください）
※発送にリサイクル紙袋やダンボールを使用させていただく場合がございます。
全て1人で運営している為、お問い合わせの対応にお時間を頂く場合がございます。
※お電話でのお問い合わせは対応しておりません。

メールで正しくやり取りできない場合、全ての責任を負えないためご注文はご遠慮下さい。

何らかの理由でお取引が困難と判断したお客様は
双方のために当店のご利用をお断りすることがあります。

Delivery time of service or product
Items in stock will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed.
If you combine your order with reserved or back-ordered items, they will be shipped after all items are ready.
If you are in a hurry, please place your order separately.
(Currently, we mainly use EMS for international shipping)
We may ship individual orders together.
If you are not at home, you will receive a notification of absence.
If the storage period expires and the item is returned,
please note that re-shipping will be cash on delivery.
If we are not able to contact you for one month after the first contact
If you wish to cancel without re-shipping, this will be considered a cancellation due to customer's convenience
and only the amount after deducting the first shipping fee, 1000 yen shipping fee at that time, and refund transfer fee will be refunded.
(We apologize, but since this is a refund due to customer's convenience, if there are additional fees for payment, we cannot refund them.)
If the amount after deduction is negative, no charge will be made and no refund will be made.
(If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us directly.)
If the item is found to have been deliberately refused or if one year has passed, we will be unable to provide a refund.

We will not notify you of the inquiry number, as this is done manually.
We will reply to your inquiry within 2-3 days, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Even if you contact us to change the contents of your order after it has been placed, it may not be possible to make the change due to misunderstandings.
In that case, we will ship the original order.
Please be careful when selecting options or sizes when placing an order.
If it has been more than 3 months since the shipment, the tracking number will expire and tracking will no longer be possible.
If you have not received the shipment within one week of receiving the shipping notification, please contact us.
Please note that if you do not contact us within 2 weeks and your inquiry number becomes invalid, we will not be able to provide compensation or refunds.
We are not responsible for non-delivery of items that are marked as delivered even though there are no address issues.
[About shipping]
We use EMS for international shipping.
*If the administrator is unable to deliver the item to the purchaser due to illness or natural disaster, all contracts will be terminated and only refunds will be available.
(In this case, please understand that it may take some time to refund depending on the situation)
*We may use recycled paper bags or cardboard for shipping.
As this is a one-person operation, it may take some time to respond to inquiries.
*We do not accept inquiries by phone.
We will only contact you by email.
If you are unable to communicate properly via email, please refrain from placing an order as we cannot take full responsibility.
*By using our store, you are deemed to have understood, cooperated, and agreed to the above.
If we determine that a transaction is difficult for any reason, we may refuse to allow you to use our store for the sake of both parties.
